Employment Screening Service

You may request employment screening services via fax or email using our application forms.

Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password used for accessing our website. You are solely responsible for any authorized or unauthorized access to your account by any person. You agree to bear all responsibility for loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your username and password.

ERSN strives to maintain the accuracy of the information collected. However, some of the information is supplied through third parties. While ERSN makes every effort to insure the accuracy of such information, it makes no warranty as to the accuracy of such information.

Accessibility to Website in General

ERSN does its best to keep its website operational during normal business hours. Miscellaneous

This agreement is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with Washington State law. Any legal action or claim brought or asserted under this agreement must be filed in Washington in Clark County and the parties to this agreement consent to jurisdiction of the courts in this county. If legal proceedings are required to enforce any provision of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of reasonable and necessary expenses of litigation, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

No failure, delay in exercising or enforcing any right or remedy hereunder by ERSN shall constitute a waiver of any other right or remedy, or future exercise thereof. If any provision in this Agreement is held to be invalid such provision shall be deemed to be deleted from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Refund Policy

We research and provide data services for consumers and businesses. Our searches are conducted based on the data you have provided. The results are based on that data and reported to you. We distribute public-record and non-public information obtained directly from government entities or from reputable third parties who have compiled such information, however we cannot guarantee the accuracy and/or extent of the results. You pay for our search service, not the results. We will not grant a refund after a search has been conducted, except in the following instances ONLY:

• In the event you were charged more than once for a single order. All such claims require submission of valid proof of purchase reflecting the charges.
• In the event you did not receive your results.
