Account Setup Process

  1. Fill out the Account Setup form.
  2. Read and sign the Service Agreement.
  3. Read and sign the Certification from Employer to Consumer Reporting Agency form.

Our staff will process your acount information and email you a Login and Password, which you may use to purchase services and access our forms.
