How It WorksOur employment screening service provides you with the most current and accurate information available. While other employment screening services may provide you with on-line information that is available in a matter of minutes, the quality of the information dramatically differs from that obtained from physical county searches. We physically and electronically search all counties in which the applicant has lived and/or worked for the past 7 years. It is common sense in some circumstances to also search the adjoining counties in metropolitan areas with databases or other products. Using the applicant’s Social Security number, Employer’s Reference Source NW is able to track the locations in which the applicant has worked or resided, which they may have omitted on the job application due to criminal activity or poor employment performance. This is all included in our flat fee and creates the most comprehensive search in the industry. Our employment screening service provides all of the applicant forms needed with your company information on them. We provide written instructions and all FCRA compliant notification forms. The employer faxes the applicant information to Employer’s Reference Source NW and we do the rest. The investigators at ERS have a combined total of over 60 years experience in the pre-employment screening industry. Our investigators create the appropriate searches for the most comprehensive, timely and accurate coverage. |
What Our Customers Say“ERS is far and away the most accurate and timely screening service we’ve found. We would not trust our applicant backgrounds to any other service.” “We simply receive a better final product through ERS. The report is more comprehensive and easier to read and understand.” |
