Credit Report

A Credit History profile confirms the following applicant information: name, social security number, current and former addresses. The information obtained may also include, but not be limited to the following: the number of accounts in both positive and negative credit status, payment history, current balance owed and/or past due, charge-offs, repossessions, garnishments, bankruptcies, collection actions, judgments and satisfied judgments.

On Site Visit

In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, ERS is required to conduct an onsite visit of your location in order to provide access to credit reports.

ERS charges a one-time fee of $65 to cover the cost of the site visit. Please note that it may take several days to arrange for an onsite visit to your location. Access to credit reports will not be approved until an onsite visit is completed and approved.

Processing Information

In order to process the Credit History profile accurately and to give you enough information to evaluate the applicant, the following information is needed:

• Applicant’s Full Name, Including Maiden and Any Other Names Used
• Social Security Number (For Identification Purposes Only)
• Current Address
• Signed Credit Release

When requesting a Credit History profile, please review the application to make sure this information is included in a legible fashion. Additional information supplied by the applicant is often beneficial in compiling a comprehensive profile and should be submitted. ERS-NW profiles are subject to the quality and quantity of the data provided by the applicant.
